Case in point here is an account that had a lot of artwork posts yet they left NewGrounds to use there Patreon account yet their hyperlink leads to a 404 error and took me some time to find them on there though. Here is the link to there account https://koshioart.newgrounds.com/ and they are requesting it to be deleted but they had a lot of good artwork to just disappear like that is upsetting. Yet after a while of searching for them again I found their new Patreon account which is https://www.patreon.com/koshiosaur so this is an example that newgrounds is definitely losing its ground of being a site that fits its own motto of being a site that posted Everything, By Everyone. Which to me felt like no one was here to judge what individuals would post if you do not like it just ignore it like I have for all these years I have been coming to this site. So yes I agree with you Dangerous-D this site is slowly declining and it is truly upsetting me see such an amazing site fall down so far as it has since it use to be like which I miss dearly. it was like this guy https://cell.newgrounds.com , his website capsizethis.com, made the drug parody version of Rainbow Bright, only had parts 1 through 3 on here, part 4 was on his site, then after 2002 his site went down, he came back in 2006 and deleted everything he had on newgrounds
i wish there was a way to archive stuff that had copyrighted music on it. I have deleted my own shit in a paranoid stupor before, but it was also all garbage material that i made when i was like 13. wouldve been nice to save it, maybe someday i can unlock hidden archives by becoming some sort of computer master. they say nothing ever really gets deleted from the internet and that seems true to a certain extent. its also fucked up to think about though because i guess theres bad stuff out there that you would want deleted for ever other than tracking down and fuckin up the people who did it, like people who beat the shit out of dogs for fun etc.

Coming back to delete their OWN work?! Real shame if that is what they're doing! Can't have anything to do with copyrighted content getting removed? The music industry's been all over NG lately, so a lot of older submissions with regular 'music' have been going down because of that. Some classics (like Pico School and Scrotum) had new music commissioned to replace the old, but when the original authors/source files aren't around any longer there's little they can do.
